These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by XtremBike Shop SL with registered office at: Avenida das Camelias 49, Vigo Spain, through the website www.extremebikeshop.es to consumer users, therefore we invite you to read and accept them in order to proceed with the purchase of the products you are interested in.
The General Conditions of Sale are effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the site, which constitutes acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the Civil Code.
XtremBike Shop SL reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by posting them on the website.
By confirming the order, the conditions of sale indicated in this document are automatically considered confirmed.
The purchase of products takes place by accessing the site and registering.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by XtremBike Shop SL via an automatic email response, sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of registration.
This confirmation message will contain an “order number” to be used in any communication with XtremBike Shop SL.
The message will contain all the information entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, XtremBike Shop SL undertakes to promptly notify the customer.
PRICES
All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of Value Added Tax (I.V.A.).
Prices may vary without notice and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
For certain products subject to price promotions, XtremBike Shop SL reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to prior communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered cancelled.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is periodically updated, the status is divided into 3 categories: “available”, “not available” and “available from “.../.../.....” with an indication of the date.
If the purchased item is unavailable, the seller will contact the customer by email or telephone within 24 hours of purchase, informing them of the unavailability of the item, offering three possible solutions in the following order of priority:
Replacement with another item of equal value; in the case of a lower cost, the seller will refund the difference, while in the case of a higher cost, the customer will have to pay the remaining difference.
If the customer purchased more than one item, a partial refund will be given for the missing item. If the customer purchased only one item, a full refund will be given.
