Delivery information
In the interest of its customers, XtremBike Shop SL has decided to ship purchased products exclusively via UPS and DHL Express couriers. Shipments are insured.
During the checkout process, you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your home address and to differentiate your shipping address from your billing address.
You will be sent a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order and determine your expected delivery date.
Please note that delivery takes place curbside, so the recipient must arrange for the goods to be received and transported to the destination location. We are currently unable to offer floor-level delivery or delivery by appointment. If you have specific needs, please contact us before purchasing.
If a person authorized to collect the goods (buyer, family member, trusted person, concierge) is absent, the goods cannot be delivered and will be taken to the courier's premises for storage.
The bicycles are fully inspected and pre-assembled by our mechanical department, however the size of the packaging may require the customer to carry out some work on the bicycle, such as adjusting the handlebars and installing the wheels.
RECEIVING A PARCEL
Once you receive your package, please check that the number of packages delivered by the courier matches the number indicated by the courier and that the packaging is intact. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the use of adhesive tape other than ours, please accept the package. 'WITH RESERVATION' by informing the courier and our customer service.
If the package NOT is accepted 'WITH RESERVATION' It will be impossible for us to forward the complaint to the shipping service for verification and possible refund/replacement of the damaged or missing product due to theft.
