Warranty
All products listed on our website in the online catalogs are covered by any standard warranty provided directly by the manufacturers. The applicable regulations and warranty application procedures will be those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer along with the product. The applicable date is the one on the invoice or receipt.
In addition to the manufacturer's standard product warranty, Articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 also provides a legal warranty for defects of conformity. The legal warranty for the consumer customer (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes other than business or professional activity) covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods that become apparent within two years of delivery. The lack of conformity must be reported, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months of the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. In any case, any action against the seller expires twenty-six months after delivery of the goods.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer customer has the right to have the goods restored, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, pursuant to the provisions of art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. In this regard, the customer must retain the invoice or order receipt received via email in PDF format.
To be able to benefit from the guarantee relating to a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (defect of conformity), it is possible to request its replacement, after sending documentation (photos) of the defect identified, by contacting the manufacturer's Customer Service, or by contacting our website at extremebike.onlinestore@gmail.com. XtremBike Shop SL undertakes to replace the product (subject to availability) within 14 days of the return of the defective item, sending it to the address indicated by the customer.
To return an item, you must send the defective product via courier, enclosing proof of purchase (printable from your account panel) in the package, to the following address:

We will cover the costs of collecting the defective goods and sending the new product.
Once the product returned by the Customer has been inspected, if following the checks and/or intervention on the product being analyzed, it is found that the reported defect does not constitute a lack of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs incurred by the Seller, as well as any transport costs, if incurred by the Seller.
