Right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 days of receiving the goods, a communication in which you express your right to withdraw from your purchase (via email to extremebike.onlinestore@gmail.com). After receiving the Return Authorization Number by email, the product must be carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything else originally contained, including the document you received by email with the Return Authorization number.

The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the returned product is not intact, such as: missing original packaging, missing product components (accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc.), or damaged for reasons other than transportation. Ship the product within two business days of receiving the Return Authorization Number, using any courier or postal service, taking care to insure the shipment against theft and damage during transportation and covering the related shipping costs. If the returned product is not insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transportation, XtremBike Shop SL reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred by deducting it from the refund amount.

XtremBike Shop SL, once the product has been received and the requirements described above have been verified, will be able to proceed to satisfy the right of withdrawal by providing three forms, at the customer's choice:

FINANCIAL REFUND: XtremBike Shop SL will issue a credit note to your account within 14 days of the product being returned. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original payment. If the original payment was made by bank transfer, please provide your IBAN, the name of the account holder, and the name of your bank via email.

ISSUING A VOUCHER: XtremBike Shop SL undertakes to issue, within 14 days of the return of the product, a voucher for the value of the product itself, to be used for future purchases on the site www.xtrembikeshop.es Please remember that coupons/vouchers cannot be combined.

REPLACEMENT: If a replacement for the size or color of an item has been requested, XtremBike Shop SL undertakes to replace the product in question within 14 days of the product being returned (subject to availability).
