The Shimano EP8 electronic drivetrain is not only dynamic and powerful, but also offers a lightweight system that perfectly complements the agile geometry of the JAM² 7.9. You have two motor support profiles to choose from, which you can customize to your individual needs. You can easily switch from the display between a smooth, continuous profile for your ride to the trail and a very dynamic, progressive profile for the actual trail ride. Just the way you like it.

Additionally, the specially developed, integrated yet removable 720 Wh battery supports you on your long rides. You can also charge your devices via a USB-C charging port on the top tube.

With the JAM² 7.9, every ride will be more fun. An agile and maneuverable geometry with a slim, compact design lets you fly on all trails, both technical and flowy. With the FLIP CHIP on the JAM² 7.9's steering, you can adjust your geometry for an even more aggressive riding style. The small head angle adjustment from 65.5° to 65° changes the setup for even more power on the descents.

The design C.I.S. specially developed cable routing maintains the cockpit's clean look and ensures flawless gear shifting and braking at all times. All cables run from the handlebars to the stem and through the headset to the frame.
